    Eric sold our house last year in Plymouth and navigated us through the purchase of our new home. Admittedly we were nervous, would our house sell? Would we find a house we loved? Would we get stuck renting? Eric was nothing short of exceptional through the process and we’re in a home we know we’ll be in for years to come!     My wife and I relocated to Minneapolis in later December of 2018, we were looking for a home in the western suburbs that wouldn't feel cavernous with us and our 4 month old son at the time, but could grow into our "forever" home. Eric began the process with us still living in Georgia, communicating whenever possibilities came up, and sharing information on a daily basis.     My wife I and I met Eric through a mutual friend at the end of 2017 as we were considering selling a rental property. I stayed in touch with Eric and when we finally decided to move forward, I did a walk through of the home with Eric. He was honest, knowledgeable and realistic. He didn't paint an unrealistic picture of what "could happen". He was pretty much dead on with his assessment and advice. I entertained 2 other agents and could not have gotten away from them faster - rushed, disorganized, almost like they didn't know if they were on foot or horseback.We sold our home in what ended up being a rather tough time for the market.
